2. Where can the product be purchased?
The entire range of Mirakki products is exclusively available on our website, www.mirakki.in and at our only offline store at Malleshwaram, Bangalore. Mirakki products are not sold on any other online platform or any other shops and salons.
3. How many days will the shipping take?

5. Can the products used by men and women?
Yes. Mirakki products can be used by everyone of all age groups & genders.
6. What are the sediments inside the oil bottles, and is it safe to use?
All Mirakki products are manufactured using only natural & nature-derived ingredients; hence, sediments of the same ingredients are left behind in the bottles. The product's quality, safety and usability are not compromised due to sediments.
7. Why has the oil solidified? Is it safe to use?
Due to the nature of our base oils, solidification of oil is a natural occurrence. Solidification happens due to the cold weather. It does not affect the product's quality, safety and usability.
Tip: Take the oil out in a separate container and heat it before use.
8. What should I do if the money has been deducted from my account, but I did not receive an order confirmation?
In case of a situation where money has been deducted from your account, but you have not received an order confirmation from Mirakki, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will resolve your issue within 48 hours.
9. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is successful, Mirakki order confirmation is generated and sent as an Email to the same Email id used for placing the order.
10. Does Mirakki offer COD?
No. Mirakki does not offer Cash On Delivery.
11. I have been using the product, but it is not working. What do I do?
Mirakki products are natural combinations and hence show different results from person to person. Also, Mirakki products are not medicines, so the product gives different results for different persons. It depends on your hair type.
